Hey man, welcome to the sailing life-it’s addictive! Sailing Yacht A is insane, right? From what I’ve read (and I’m no pro, just geeking out on specs), it’s a 470-footer with this wild DynaRig system-those huge rotating carbon wings instead of flapping sails. Supposedly hits 20+ knots under wind power alone, but yeah, it packs serious hybrid engines for docking and stuff. Feels like a mix of both worlds: performance beast for showboating and total billionaire palace inside (pool, helipad, the works).
Anyone seen it in person? Pics from Antibes or wherever it hangs out? How’s it handle in real wind vs. motoring? Total noob question-does the rig make it easier for a small crew? Spill the beans!
