wtf my ’23 world cat 280dc starboard yamaha 300 won’t rev past 2500rpm no matter what i do-throttle cable checked, linkages greased, ecm reset 5x, prop pitched right. been diagnosing dockside for 4hrs fuel burnin up testing. anyone seen this gremlin? humbly beggin for the fix b4 i lose it.
